designed for the production of HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipe

Features
Our new high-speed PE PP double wall corrugated pipe production
line is equipped with a new high-performance single-screw extruder,
a horizontal forming machine, shuttle drive, sealed water-cooling
system, online flaring, high degree of automation, stable
operation, and large output. The machine is capable of producing
different specifications and shapes, including single-walled,
double-wall corrugated pipes with Pipe Belling and three-wall
corrugated pipes according to special requirements.
Applications
The HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipes produced by this machine
are widely used as drain pipes. They have good chemical stability,
large water flow rate, high ring stiffness, and excellent
performance in pressure resistance, impact resistance, and
earthquake resistance. The pipes are suitable for use in municipal,
